A wet night for Rockford's National Night Out celebration on Tuesday, August 2, 2011.  Fortunately, most of the displays, including the big cupcake display, were all under a tent.  As the rain came down, organizers wisely took down the dunking tank.  Everyone was in good spirits despite the rain.
