Rockford couple rides for Haitian orphans | News
ROCKFORD, Mich. (WZZM) - Geoff and Judy Van Berkel are gearing up for their third annual 300 mile bicycle trip for Haitian orphans.
The couple will leave Rockford Monday and expect to arrive in Harrod, Ohio on June 30th. They will make stops at local churches along the way to pick up donations of baby formula for the orphanage from which they adopted their daughters.
The Van Berkel's hope to collect two thousand pounds of formula, enough to supply the orphanage for one year.
